SUBMISSIONS

As a premier international and comparative law journal, HICLR endeavors to publish work of the highest quality.  The journal welcomes unsolicited manuscripts and short commentaries on recent legal developments for publication.  HICLR does not, however, publish student-written manuscripts authored by non-members.

Manuscripts should be double or triple spaced, typewritten on 8.5" X 11" paper, with footnote or endnotes.

Citations must conform to The Bluebook: A Uniform System of Citation (Revised 18th ed. 2005).

The manuscript should be accompanied by a resume or curriculum vitae.  All submitted manuscripts become property of the journal and will not be returned.  HICLR will only return manuscripts for which the author provides a self-addressed, postage paid envelope.
