Panels of three judges sit in four different courtrooms, hearing half a dozen cases a day daily for three to four hours (with one short break), at the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit in San Francisco. The Court appreciates knowing in advance if a group plans to attend to assure sufficient seating (sometimes in an overflow courtroom with a video feed).
